About:

The Medicine Hat Regional Hospital Redevelopment was a four phase renovation to the existing hospital, with phase 3 being the replacement of the Dr Dan MacCharles Auxiliary wing which was built in 1962. The new six-storey addition is 23,200 square metres and provides the hospital with new surgical services, ambulatory (outpatient) care, cardio-respitory services, a renal program, a cancer clinic, sterile processing and maternal newborn services.
